Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your delivery date — even if the pouch is opened or empty. We stand behind our product, so you can try it with confidence.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@try-kovar.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund. In most cases, you do not need to ship anything back — contacting us is enough. If a return is required for a particular situation, we'll let you know where to send it. Please note that return shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
One guarantee refund per customer
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first purchase, one time per customer or household. This allows us to keep offering such a generous, risk-free guarantee to first-time customers. Repeat or additional orders remain eligible for refunds in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described below.
When you'll get your refund
Once your refund request is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Fair use of our guarantee
Our guarantee is offered in good faith so customers can try Kovar without risk. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee program — for example, repeated refund requests across multiple orders or accounts, or fraudulent claims. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Subscription orders
Subscription and Auto-Refill orders are covered by the same 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you were billed for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us and we'll refund it. For details on managing or cancelling your subscription, see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@try-kovar.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you — including any shipping involved. This applies to every order, not just your first.
Cancelling an order before it ships
If you'd like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at support@try-kovar.com and we'll do our best to stop it before it leaves our facility. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard refund process above.
