Shipping policy
We work hard to get your Kovar order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery, and shipping costs.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping times
After processing, estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 8–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners, including facilities located overseas. All orders ship with tracking, and your products are sealed and packaged to arrive safely. Any applicable import duties or taxes are generally already covered — you will not be asked to pay extra on delivery. If you ever encounter an unexpected fee, contact us at support@try-kovar.com and we'll help resolve it.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders of $60 or more.
- Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime through the "Track Your Order" link on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@try-kovar.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order leaves our facility.
Lost, delayed, or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package seems lost or stuck, don't worry — reach out to support@try-kovar.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right, whether that means a reshipment or a refund.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're located elsewhere and would like to order, contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.
