Cancellation policy
At Kovar, our subscription program (also called Auto-Refill or Subscribe & Save) is designed to make sure you never run out of your supplement and to save you money on every order. This policy explains how the subscription works, how you're billed, and how you can change or cancel it at any time. By enrolling in a Kovar subscription, you agree to the terms below.
How the subscription works
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you agree to a recurring order that automatically ships and bills on a set schedule. Your delivery frequency depends on the package you select:
- 1-pouch subscription: ships and renews every 30 days
- 3-pouch subscription: ships and renews every 90 days
- 5-pouch subscription: ships and renews every 150 days
All subscription orders receive a recurring 10% discount off the regular price, applied automatically to every order for as long as your subscription remains active.
Affirmative consent
Your subscription only begins if you actively select a subscription purchase option at checkout. We clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, and recurring nature of the order before you complete your purchase. You are never enrolled in a subscription by default — it requires your explicit selection.
Billing
Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, beginning on the day your order ships. The recurring amount equals the current subscription price (including your 10% discount) plus any applicable taxes and shipping, unless your order qualifies for free shipping (orders of $60 or more ship free).
Renewal reminders
As a courtesy, we send you a reminder email approximately 3 days before each renewal so you always know when your next order is coming and what you'll be charged. This gives you time to skip, change, or cancel before the order is processed.
How to change or cancel
You can change, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancellation is just as easy as signing up. You can do it in either of these ways:
- Self-service: Log in to your account and open the "Manage Subscription" portal, where you can edit your next order date, change quantities, pause, or cancel with a few clicks.
- By email: Send a cancellation request to support@try-kovar.com and our team will process it for you.
To make sure a change applies to your next order, please make any cancellation or modification at least 2 days before your scheduled renewal date. Changes requested after an order has already been processed will apply to the following cycle.
Cancellation takes effect immediately
Once you cancel, no further orders will be shipped or charged. We will not place additional obstacles, retention steps, or require a phone call to honor your cancellation.
Refunds on subscription orders
Subscription orders are covered by our standard 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see our Refund Policy). If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us at support@try-kovar.com and we'll make it right.
